Dior Rose Des Vents Collection – Featuring Emilia Clarke

Hello Lovelies

I do love a bit of Dior even though my last 2 pairs of shoes from there have gotten ruined within the first couple of wears!  Sob, sob!  I’ve never really looked at their jewellery lines before though until their newest campaign featuring  Actress Emilia Clarke surfaced.

I love Game of Thrones and can’t believe just how different Emilia who plays Daenerys Targaryen in the series looks in so called “real life”, I mean she has dark hair for a start!  I think she looks absolutely stunning in these shots by celebrated photographer Patrick Demarchelier

The Rose Des Vents Collection, a range of short and longer length necklaces alongside matching bracelets take inspiration from Christian Dior himself.  Featuring a “Windrose’ design that Dior grew up surrounded by in the designs of his family home, incidentally Roses where also his favourite flowers.

Available in Pink and 18 ct Yellow Gold with Diamonds and a choice of Turquoise, Mother of Pearl, Lapis Lazuli or Pink Opal stones, prices start from 1050 GBP for this bracelet, which may well offer some explanation as to why I’ve never really looked at Dior Jewellery collections before!  Although these pieces are very pretty indeed!

By the way, I’m eagerly awaiting the release of the final season of Game Of Thrones and I’m totally buying into the theory that Jon Snow is definitely alive!
